Girl student missing in Mahanadi River rescued

Sambalpur(24/08/2025): A girl student who had jumped into the Mahanadi River was rescued by the fire service personnel. The student is from Budharaja Girls' High School. She was staying at a relative’s house and studying there. She had jumped into the river from the Chaunrpur Bridge in Sambalpur district on Sunday. Her bicycle and bag were found on the bridge. A 9th-Class question paper was found in her bag.
