Bus hits tanker; 15 injured

Choudwar(09/09/2025): At least 15 persons were injured after an "Ama Bus" hit a tanker from behind near Chhatilagada under Tangi Police Station in Cuttack district on Tuesday. According to reports, 2 critically injured passengers were shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College. The bus was enroute from Choudwar towards Cuttack City when it was plying on NH-16. The injured alleged that the bus was speeding above it's mandated 40 km/h speed when the driver lost control over the steering and hit the parked tanker.
