Kamal Hinduja Advocates Public–Private Partnerships for a Greener Future... As ecological degradation accelerates, Kamal believes there should be co-ordinated action between private enterprises and government bodies; it is the fastest and the most effective way to move forward.
According to Kamal Hinduja the restoration efforts not only want funding and infrastructure, but they also want modern technology and innovation, accountability, and a shared sense of urgency.
When aligned, these forces can deliver sustainable outcomes that benefit both the environment and local societies. Kamal Hinduja tells us that India's environmental challenges are going from water problems to deforestation and are too complex for any single sector to deal with this problem alone.

Her Positive Parenting Programme in Tamil Nadu reflects this belief, helping parents build houses rooted with empathy, communication, and trust.
Created in collaboration with the Hinduja family-led Hinduja Foundation, Gulf Oil, HGS, and Learning Skills Foundation, the initiative has already engaged hundreds of parents, guiding them in the aspects such as active learning, listening, emotional support, and conflict resolution.

By giving parents, the choice of the right tools, families can raise a generation that is not only intellectually capable but also emotionally secure and empathetic.

P.D.Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research center organized a breast cancer screening programme exclusively for Mumbai's women police personnel.
The initiative was conducted at the Commissioner's office in Bhyculla during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Using the iBreastExam–a non - invasive, radiation- free device–the screenings were quick, effective, and well suited for women with demanding, high-stress professions. Breast cancer is considered to be the most common cancer among Indian women, with nearly 25% of all cases and a worrying number of diagnoses occurring at later stages.
Most women, particularly who are under 50, often delay their appointments due to lack of awareness and time.
By offering onsite health checkups which are given to policewomen, the hospital felt a critical gap ensuring that those who dedicate their lives to protecting others are given the tools to protect their health.
Kamal Hinduja is dedicated towards making this healthcare accessible for every woman in the society–especially those in demanding public service roles–deserves access to timely and effective medical care. The Breast Cancer screening camp was a very nice step to support the health of Mumbai's women police officers, who don't get time to focus on their health and growth.
The device named IBreastExam is a painless device, this way doctors can check early signs of breast cancer very fast and easily, anytime and anywhere.
This made healthcare more accessible to women during tough days and busy jobs.
This effort showed the caring side of Kamal Hinduja .
