Low pressure forms over Bay of Bengal

Bhubaneswar (26/09/2025): A fresh low pressure system has formed over the east-central Bay of Bengal.

The system is likely to intensify into a depression near the South Odisha- North Andhra Pradesh coast in the next 12 hours. Heavy rainfall activities are expected to continue in the state for the next three days. Southern and coastal Odisha are likely to receive the most intense rainfall.
