'Hand Washing practices is most important for personal hygienic development'

Bhubaneswar (18/10/2025): On the occasion of Global Hand Washing Day (15th-30th) October 2025, the Action Aid Association in collaboration with Center for Child and Women Development (CCWD) organised a hand washing practices with soap at Gadakana Kalyani Sahi under ward no-9 of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.

The objective of the awareness drive was to educate the children about six steps of hand washing for better health, said Bhaskar Chandra Pradhan.

Kalyani Rout, community trainer provided the inputs on six steps of hand wash practices.

The programme was coordinated by Sucharita Behera and Smrutirekha Das.
