Scooter carrying fireworks Explodes in Bhubaneswar, three injured

Bhubaneswar(15/10/2025): Three persons, including a child, sustained critical injuries after a scooter carrying fireworks caught fire and exploded on the Acharyavihar overbridge in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. Preliminary reports suggest that the fire originated in the scooter’s dickey while it was in motion.

The explosion sparked panic among commuters on the busy road.

Firefighters and police personnel reached the spot promptly and brought the situation under control.

The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
