 
            Jio solidifies No. 1 position in Odisha, adds 1.49 lakh new mobile subscribers in August: TRAI Data
Bhubaneswar(26/10/2025): Solidifying its position as the No.1 digital service provider in Odisha, Jio has added highest number of new mobile subscribers in the state in the month of August 2025.As per the latest telecom subscription data released by TRAI, recently, Reliance Jio added around 1.49 lakh new mobile subscribers in Odisha in August 2025.With this, the total mobile subscriber base on Jio network in Odisha crossed 1.65 crores, achieving 46.5 percent subscriber market share.The ultra-affordable JioBharat 4G phone, has enabled thousands of 2G customers to upgrade to 4G, especially in the rural hinterlands of Odisha. As per the data, total number of mobile subscribers in Odisha increased by 2.46 lakhs in the month and crossed 3.56 crores as on August 31, 2025.Nationally, Jio also added the highest over 19.49 lakh new mobile subscribers in August 2025.
