Section 163 lifted in Bhadrak

Bhadrak(09/10/2024): The Bhadrak district administration has lifted Section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) imposed in Dhamnagar NAC and Dobal areas after 12 days.

The situation has returned to normal, prompting the decision.

The unrest was sparked by a controversial social media post. Two days ago, the 48-hour internet shutdown restriction was also withdrawn by the administration .
