Miscreants loot 400 grams of gold jewellery from house in Sundargarh

Rourkela (19/10/2024): A robbery occurred at the residence of a railway employee at Rourkela Bandhamunda Diesel Colony in Sundargarh district. A group of armed miscreants entered the house, holding a woman and her son hostage. The robbers threatened the family with sharp weapons and looted 400 grams of gold jewellery worth lakhs. Police have launched an investigation into the robbery.Security has been beefed up in the area. Efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the culprits .
