Odisha government ready to deal with cyclone: CM

Bhubaneswar (21/10/2024): ODRAF, fire and NDRF teams are ready in the districts likely to be affected by cyclone.The Collectors of all districts are on alert.This was informed by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Monday. After reviewing the situation, the Chief Minister said, "The main focus is on electricity and drinking water supply.Uninterrupted healthcare services will continue at the hospitals and cyclone shelters are being prepared. The government is ready to deal with the possible cyclone. The CM further highlighted that the state government's emphasis is on zero casualty.There is no reason for the public to panic, he added.
